What you'd keep
A managing agent charges a slice of every rent payment, for as long as you own the place. We charge $29 a month for up to three active properties. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
That’s about 4 weeks of rent back in your pocket, every year.
GST is added to the agent figures because agents quote their percentage without it; our price already includes it. This counts the management fee only — inspection, renewal, advertising, lease preparation and tribunal charges sit on top of it. Agent fees are not regulated anywhere in Australia and are negotiable.
